WINNIPEG, MB, June 17, 2026 /CNW/ - Federal, provincial and territorial ministers responsible for the Canadian Francophonie will attend the annual meeting of the Ministers' Council on the Canadian Francophonie in Winnipeg on June 25-26.

There will be a photo opportunity for media on Friday June 26, at 10:35 a.m. CDT at the Fort Garry Hotel, Concert Hall, 222 Broadway, Winnipeg.

At 11:30 a.m., Manitoba' Minister for Municipal Relations and Northern Relations, minister responsible for Francophone Affairs and minister responsible for the Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation, Hon. Glen Simard, and federal Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture and Minister responsible for Official Languages, Hon. Marc Miller, will host a press conference, in the Crystal Ballroom.
