The Government of Canada supports the commemoration of the 300th anniversary of the 1726 Treaty of the Peace and Friendship

LENNOX ISLAND, PE, May 14, 2026 /CNW/ - The Honourable Marc Miller, Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture and Minister responsible for Official Languages, will announce funding to highlight the 300th anniversary of the signing of the 1726 Treaty of Peace and Friendship in Prince Edward Island on Friday.
