TORONTO, March 6, 2026 /CNW/ - The Minister of Transport and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, the Honourable Steven MacKinnon, will announce the opening of the preclearance facility at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Minister MacKinnon, accompanied by the Honourable Prabmeet Singh Sarkaria, Ontario Minister of Transportation, Roelof-Jan Steenstra, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Toronto Port Authority, and Jennifer Quinn, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nieuport Aviation, will be available to answer questions from the media.
