New feature brings the agents running on a tenant, the Power Platform behind them, and the content they read into a single experience

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 1, 2026 /CNW/ -- Orchestry today announced AI & Agents, a new feature of its Microsoft 365 governance platform that gives IT teams one place to see the AI agents running on their tenant, understand which ones carry risk, and act on them.

Agents are built in minutes by employees who never filed an approval request, and each one answers from whatever content that person can already open. Most organizations cannot say how many exist, who owns them, or what they are able to surface. In one enterprise tenant of roughly 20,000 sites and more than 40,000 users, Orchestry found over 3,000 links shared with "anyone" before any cleanup had been done. Every agent built on that tenant could read all of it.

AI & Agents brings agents and the Power Platform they depend on into a single experience, so an administrator moves from a tenant-wide view to one agent and the environment, policies and connectors behind it without changing tools. Every agent carries a risk score with the specific findings that produced it, and an administrator can delete an agent across all sources from the same place, with removed agents retained for audit. A scoped administrative role lets security teams own agent risk without broader tenant permissions.

Beneath the agent layer, Orchestry scores a tenant's readiness for any AI model across 13 governance signals spanning oversharing, governance and Orchestry safeguards. Each signal passes or fails against a threshold and the score is the share that pass, so the number moves as the underlying conditions are fixed, measured across the whole tenant rather than a sample.

"Governing your tenant and governing the AI running on it stopped being two separate jobs," said Pisarek. "Agents are the first place that's obvious, and they won't be the last. Two years from now nobody will be asking whether their content is ready for AI. They'll be asking what the AI is costing them and whether it was worth it. That's the question we're building toward."

AI & Agents is designed for organizations where AI has outpaced governance, including those expanding Copilot or building agents on their own content.

AI & Agents is rolling out to the Orchestry Enterprise plan and runs on existing Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 licensing. AI readiness scoring is included on all plans.
